Since my hdd died i picked up 2 new ones running in RAID 1, and i installed win8.1 pro and upgraded to win10, and it feels like theres major input lag, like im being shot through walls before people come out the corner. Ive disabled Game DVR, Cortana, and win10 update helper. But it still feels like an issue. Any help is greatly appreaciated it.

Are you running windowed mode?
Windowed forces vsync and consequently causes input lag.
