So I have this problem. When I launch the game my mouse feels great. It's responsive, easy to flick/track with and overall great. But as I continue gaming it starts feeling draggy, slowing down at certain moments and pretty much impossible to flick with. I think it has a lot to do with me gaming on a laptop having occasional fps drops. I usually hit 200-300 fps no problemo but sometimes, usually when there's a lot of action my fps drops to 100-150 which wouldn't be a problem if it didn't affect my mouse's movement. Is there any way to tell Windows to stop fucking up with my mouse as soon as my laptop starts overheating?
Some info:
Mouse - freshly bought Zowie FK1
directx8 config, pretty much everything disabled,
my laptop (about 2-3 years old)

use something like open hardware monitor to graph your temps while playing, if your mouse lags and your temps are high, then you've found your problem. also try using dx9, it seems to be running better for than dx8 for me, it might be the same for yoou.
