In each post, I can't spot a single fucking instance where I was being "RACIST" against anyone. In each and every one of those posts, I stated my valid opinion on those incidents that is shared by many in this country. Maybe you should learn that just because others don't have the same opinion you doesn't mean you label it all "racist"

In the "live from the streets" and "ferguson" thread: It is not racist to support the police regardless of the color of the victim. If you don't agree with my view point that is fine but nothing I said was racist at all.

In the "donald trump" and "Paris attacks" thread: It is not racist to hate and want to destroy every terrorist that means my country harm. Once again, you and whoever else can disagree with me but it doesn't make anything racist.

I'd hate to agree with mustard but things like this "Can't those religions just stay in their respective part of the world?" and "A time will come, probably after many more attacks, when the countries of the west realize you can't be civilized with cultures/religions that have not evolved to that level." are horribly bigoted and lacks a lot of understanding. Islam =/= terrorism, and the way you said those things makes it look like you're saying that Islam = Terrorism.

I understand, and while the wording may have come across that way, I stated repeatedly in that thread it was all in relation to terrorists. Was ignored or not read. I also said in that thread that my whole view point was about border security for this country, it wasn't race related.

An extremely good point that I agree with. I care way more for the community and about TF2 growing in general. TFTV is the only real place competitive thrives so seeing arguments like this on the front page can drive new ppl away and I would hate to think I had a hand in that. I basically come online every night to play TF2 and try to improve as any teammate I have had can attest, but this forum BS isn't good. So regardless of me defending myself against false accusations or being right/wrong about anything posted, I can just say sorry for my end and not get involved with it again.

This is, to use a buzzword, an oppressive attitude to have, and this kind of thinking is what is slowly causing " thought crime" to become a reality. Please do not do this.

Issues like terrorism/crime/etc have nuanced answers, which often lies between <all of because X> and <nothing related to X>. A good way to find extremists is their reaction to any sort of nuanced discussion, (bigots and SJWs being good examples, regardless of political spectrum). Extremism has never solved anything.

That being said, banning sheepy isn't going to do anything, you're free to use the tftv blocker extension if you don't like what he says, but many find it quite entertaining and a reminder of what a lack a nuance looks like.

I actually love sheepy and agree with all of his opinions, this is a forum where we should be accepting of all people, whether retarded, intelligent, or even scottish. In this thread you're correct, but I should clarify that I am talking less about specifics and more about the general state of social affairs. There has been a good amount of non dismissive discussion in this thread so far, which is pleasant to me at least. My vendettanisnt to defend individual posters themselves but their overall security in speech. However, the way people post on this site in general tends to be very quick and extreme. While certain posters may deseve an ill reputation, i personally believe that a lot of why some people post the way they do are the + and - frags. It seems a lot like one poster gets people to agree with him simply because he holds the most sway or is more popular.

I stand by what I said but isn't it a little childish to make a thread like this just because I said something you don't agree with. I don't mean to upset you and sorry if I do but If my opinion upsets you so much just ignore it mate. I feel like I should be allowed to voice my opinion just like everyone else here or try to encourage people to vote for Trump, just like other people do the same for Bernie.
