Sorry if this has been already suggested but I couldn't find it.
Most of the time when I click on one of the threads under the "Recent Discussion" Tab, it is to check the lastest posts made, ergo the ones on the last page. I think that if you click on a thread from that tab, it should automatically leave you on the bottom of the last page, instead of the first post.
Another idea could be so all the threads under "Recent Discussion" have a small button near the post counter that leads you to the last page on the thread instead of the first.
Yes I know I can click on Active threads and then go one by one clicking on the last page, but having this would be pretty convenient imo.
Thoughts?

iirc this was a feature that was available with tf.tv+ but that isn't a thing anymore so idk

maybe have it be a feature that a user can toggle? like have a preference of whether the user would like to start at the first post or the last/most recent post when viewing a thread

This doesn't really make sense. If the thread rolls over to a new page since you last looked you would still end up on the wrong page.
Like Victor said, tftv+ used to take you to your last unread post in a thread (and highlighted which threads had new posts). It's the only feature that really makes sense.

What you can do is click the time (ie. Puoskari posted 42 minutes ago) on the right side of the updated thread, it sends you to the last poster's comment.
I know it isn't quite the same as getting to check the new posts you haven't yet seen & a lot new posts might have been made before it but I thought I'd point it out.
