Other than Newbie Mixes. Playing a game or two every Friday just isn't enough for me so I'm trying to find a pug service for new competitive players to be able to play a little inbetween Newbie Mixes. What are some good ones that's new player friendly?

The range of skill on mixchamp is pretty wide. Anybody is welcome to play there, but usually almost all of the players there have some comp experience, many of them have a lot. It's a good place to play though- if you tell your teammates that you don't have a lot of experience and you're willing to take their feedback and instructions (and you actually do that) you'll fit right in and have fun.

The newbie 6v6 pugs are another good place, I'm told. Check those out.

I run pugs with my friends on some nights, we're on average steel level skill (smh) so if you'd like to play with us whenever we're pugging, add me :) But it's not as consistent as you seem to want.

You can also just put in time getting better on tf2center, but when I did that it wasn't very fun at first. Up to you. just try all your options and see what you enjoy the most!
