DanceNumberI was horribly addicted to it. To the point where I was physically ill if I hadn't played it for a while. I took a 90 day break recently and after trying to play it for a bit the other day, it seems playing the game no longer interests me at all. I recommend to anyone who might feel they are getting addicted to the game to remember to take things in moderation, especially if you have other underlying psychological issues.

similar boat here. I've found tf2 becomes an all or nothing game for me, where I either play it for 3+ hours a day or don't touch it for weeks. Trip said something about replacing TF2 with other things in your life but I don't think that's necessarily healthier overall. During the summer I spent a few weeks REALLY into just spending 2+ hours a day at the gym and I didn't feel like playing TF2 at all. I spent all day thinking of what I was gonna do and shit and I had a lot of fun but it was kinda clear I was just substituting one thing for another. I don't really have super cool tips for not being a loser but as someone who's GPA went from <3 to close to 4 after I stopped being REALLY into tf2 back in 2014 (6+ hours a day) I think its really worth looking into. I sleep a lot better and feel a lot less bummed out about meaningless shit in my life now compared to when I was really into video games. If you think this shit is holding you back ask someone for help. Your parents would probably be a good start or hit up some psych counseling.
