AdasWrathwhy do people get salty at me when i use gunboats only on mge ? :^(If you cant beat a soldier with gunboats while using a shutgun u should not ever play solly :^)
It promotes playing to win rather than get better at the game. Gunboats make counter jumping easier which doesn't improve your aim, which is the point of mge.

shotgun is better than gunboats. if you have the shotgun, you have 2 guns instead of 1.

Only if the person using them is not playing to improve. The correct way of using them is just surfing enemy rockets and obtaining high ground, all the while not bombing or just jumping around.
