don't reinstall yet, take out everything from your custom and cfg and then put -autoconfig into your launch options

everytime i hit someone the game freezed for a second so tracking was basically impossible, I deleted the stuff cfg . tf wanted me to put on my custom folder like removing background sounds and making rocket explosions smaller and it went away for some reason but i aint complaining
