You can either get a new hud, type -quickswitch in console or just go to your hud then open resource-->ui--> and delete the file named "Item quick switch".
Am not 100% certain this is the correct name as each HUD is unique in its nature but just look around and am certain you'll find it.

I’ve had this pop up a couple of times. I usually type “quickswitch” in the console and it goes away. Also, which hud is that?
