wireless adapter cuts out intermittently

I got a new wifi adapter. The new card connects to the internet and servers normally at first but every 30 seconds it decides to die or some shit. I performed a ping test using this command in the command prompt: ping -t 8.8.8.8
and got this response:

Is this a hardware issue or something else? I used an usb adapter before this and it didn't have this problem.
Lan card is ROSEWILL RNWD-N9003PCE
OS is Windows 10

EDIT IF ANYONE FROM THE FUTURE DISCOVERS THIS: problem with wireless adapter, not with internet/anything else. ethernet/powerline ethernet fixed issue

Have you tried using an ethernet cord? I hate to state the obvious, I'm sure you've considered this, but ethernet is the most dependable thing to be using.
Also, I looked up the card on amazon and a quick glance through the reviews shows some people say it doesnt work with Windows 10. But some people say it works fine. (One negative review stated the Fall Creator's Update specifically - is that what you're using?) The amazon description doesn't mention support for Win 10, but it doesn't say it -doesn't- support it.

I've never used a wifi card so I actually don't know what to say because I don't know the specifics of how it works, but is it possible the networking on your mobo is broken or that the card is incompatible?
If all else fails, just try using an ethernet cable (best bet to work, and better than a card, and you or a friend probably have one laying around) or buy another USB adapter (I assume you no longer have the aforementioned one or you would be using it. I see that they only run $10-$20 on Amazon, but I understand money can be tough.
