Since the Windows 10 update, if I try to run anything at the same time as TF2, the game becomes almost unplayable. When I move my mouse, it's very slow and jerky in-game, and sometimes it briefly returns to normal and I swing like 90°
I need to run TeamSpeak when I play 6v6 but I can't

try increasing the process priority of tf2 / decreasing the priority of other programs.
try increasing the process priority of tf2 / decreasing the priority of other programs.
I understand it's probably caused by the latest update but how much RAM do you currently have, and how much does TF2 take up for you while playing? I had similiar issues on an older laptop

I set teamspeak's priority to low and tf2's to realtime, and it made no difference

Don't set it to realtime. Set it to high. Realtime isn't what you want, as it fluctuates priority.

Ok, so that's not the issue. CPU usage?

I set it to high and it's the same. TF2's usage fluctuates between 40% and 50% and teamspeak uses around 1%
