player cant connect to esea servers

help my player cant connect to any esea servers. hes tried everything, restarted, reinstalled client, he keeps getting the "you must be a esea member to play on this server" kick message. any idea what the fuck to do?

might need to start esea client in adminstrator, thats what finally got one of our players in the server after a similar issue although for them it said that you need to be running esea client to join the server.
