Looks like if you set the game_mode to 1 and game_type to 0 you get the classic competitive mode. I'd assume you just have everyone join the right teams and go from there.

Popflash is the best. Only downside is some Chicago servers have really bad routing, most are OK though.

EDIT: missed the part where you have your own server. We used ebot when we had our own. It can be a pain, but it’s pretty good.
