Copyright claims inbound

Not sure if you can actually claim the logo on copyright grounds irigardless of how much of an obvious rip it is. That being said, the font that is used does actually require an Adobe license to be used so if people actually care about causing shit over this start there.

I mean it is super fucking obvious that it's just a line trace done in illustrator with a hue shift, no denying that. But the real question is, are the markings on the font actually protected under copyright or not? Fonts and shit are a little janky when it comes to that. But the underlying font of the work 100% falls under copyright and does require a license for use.

Now realistically none of this matters because banny is too small and insignificant to actually fucking matter to anyone to do anything about it. But assuming this is actually pushed for some unknown reason banny loses in less than a second. He has zero power or money to actually fight a claim in court and loses by default.

I don't know how the law works but to me this is fine because the black cracks on the bars that are present in the C&C image are not there, this is simply roman writing whereas there is either a custom font or a custom design job done on the characters on the C&C.
