I recently switched from comanglia's gfx config to mastercomm's gfx config, which I like better overall, but it makes the lighting on some maps really bright:

For comparison, my old (comanglia's) config (which has the lighting I want):

I tried looking through the configs, but wasn't able to figure out what setting was causing this.
Things I've tried, and didn't seem to do anything:
r_worldlightmin
mat_monitorgamma
r_bloomtintexponent
mat_non_hdr_bloom_scalefactor
