For some reason people don't know that new maps versions exist and they should be used instead of the old ones. This issue is worse in NA from what I've seen. The other week I had to upload upward f3 to NA serveme when it has been out for a long time. A quick search on logs.tf shows cp_steel still being played sometimes.
USE THE NEW VERSIONS. They are 1.just better and 2.used in leagues
