i've been messing around with my config recently to try and get it to match my friends, mostly because i just liked how some of the textures (such as [url=https://imgur.com/a/ewBKkI4]this[/url]), and after asking him he said he uses mastercoms low preset and LOD bias. i tried downloading his config just to see if it works, and for some reason even when using the same graphics cfg as him i end up with [url=https://imgur.com/a/ivBQAQA]this instead[/url].

i then changed to mastercomfig ultra, still using LOD bias, which got me the closest result [url=https://imgur.com/a/QdCJaxo]which ended up looking like this[/url]. i tried looking through my comanglia cfg, which is what i use regularly and would prefer to use due to editing it to my liking, and i cant really pinpoint the setting that would change this that drastically. his tiles also seem to have darker edges, even when i changed to ultra for the texture setting.
