i wanna make my windows taskbar leopard print, i found some software that lets me customise the colour in more depth than windows allows but i havent been able to find anything beyond that, wanted to see if anyone here can help me achieve my very specific vision

haven't tried the feature myself but it looks like Open Shell will let you do what you're looking for
