I tried streaming for the first time and it went better than expected. Ihe stream itself looks decent http://www.twitch.tv/bigblunt420/b/332879801 but ingame while im streaming is a disaster. My fps is never stable and fluxuates between 10 and 60ish fps. Is there something that I can do to fix the issue of ingame fps or is my computer just shit?

Im streaming on a laptop with these specs
AMD Quad-Core A6-3400M 1.4GHz
4GB Memory 500GB HDD
AMD Radeon HD 6520G

Is it even possible at 1.4 GHz? Even if it's a quad, that clock rate is slow. No clue how well AMD's APUs work though.

Not gonna be able to stream with xspliton that CPU, unfortunately. You can try ffsplit if you haven't. Seems to be far less CPU intensive.
