My guess is you have a sound card. On your Encoding tab, change Codec to MP3. Let me know if that fixes it.
Fixed it by checking " force desktop audio to use video timestamps as a base for audio time" under advanced.
just a few things in general: you dont wanna downscale your resolution, use 1280x720 as base resolution instead, also twitch prefers it when you use CBR and please use a custom buffer lower than your actual bitrate (bitrate: 2000, buffer: 800) would be better for you
^^ Also switch the Quality Balance on the Encoding tab to 8.
