Back in late May, i jumped ship to valorant, when my five stack was sponsored by the Portland Burnsiders, as of this week i have left the Burnsiders, and i am coming back to competitive TF2, However i don't want to be who i was before i left for 2 months because that patchwerk was a downright asshole. the weeks and days leading to my 2 month break, i was playing in DM servers every single night, if i could, for 3-5 hours. That wasn't my problem, my problem was me not taking care of myself and my ego. Each of these 5 hours binges I would have two 2 liter mountain dew bottles for the night, both would be completely empty, i was a filthy and disgusting slob. the good thing about doing dm was that i was able to out-skill people who used to shit on me before i was grinding DM. what wasn't good about that was how much my ego went up from that, it got to the point where i was outed, fat-kidded in pugs, etc. this was what led to me quitting tf2 and going to valorant because eventually, from all that hate that was thrown at me, i saw what i had become.
What i've done in the past two months to turn myself around:
> Completely cut out soda from my life
> Started going to the gym for 2 hours a day
> Taking better care of my body
From what i just listed, l noticed a better change in character, and performance in games.
If you still hate me, that's completely fine. I deserve it.

You're halfway there. What you need to do next is:
- Take cold showers exclusively. Once in the morning and once in the evening.
- No fap.
- Start a keto diet.
You'll be well on your way on your journey to become a greater Man.

I wouldn't drop the mountain dew because it has caffeine, so it should make you better at tf2 and a more focused person overall.

wtfff that was a real tweet
Good for you. Maybe don't do 2h at the gym tho, it's counterproductive for most people. 45min-1.15h is more than enough, and follow an already established program for the time being (PPL, U/L, SL, SS). Good luck!

Best years of my personal life were 2017-2019 where I didn't launch tf2 but once every few months to do whatever. It might sound bad to say "quit tf2" on a tf forum, but honestly, those years have certainly been my global max in positive.

2 hours / day is definitely too much unless ur a genetic freak. make sure to take rest days and rotate muscle groups.
glad you feel like you're making a turn around though. if you need any extra motivation i definitely play at my peak when im being consistent with the gym and getting lots of sleep, and ive heard many others say the same

Only diet you should have is a Italian one, eat greens, get your reds, and switch sides at the end of everyfight
