In some situations teammates aren't in consensus for cutting, many teams leave it up to a vote due to the difference of opinions which results in a 4-1 or 3-2 split. A lot of times people will blame a leader for a decision to cut even though in most situations the cutting of a player is a team discussion that multiple members decide on. Of course, the opposite of that happens too. Dealing with the hate from a cut player and their friend group is one of the downsides of leading teams but it's important to keep in mind it's not always so black and white. I'm not going to assume anything about dits situation or whether or not some of the team members were involved or not or whether it was warranted or not because I don't have the details. I will say though, is that for me, I still appreciated the posts about what I did right for those teammates that cut me even if it didn't work out in the end.

Freak decided after me cooking him, and him thinking for more than an hour, that him switching to flank scout was not the move. That's why dit being cut is the most retarded shit ever.
