LFT Advanced - Main / Flank Scout

Hello, i’m searching for long-term people who are willing to improve, learn and tryhard consistently in order to win. I’m also looking for a leader willing to criticize my gameplay and point out my mistakes.
I’m extremely passionate about this game and i want to be good enough for top Invite, however i get 150 - 180 ms in NA servers and i’m fairly inexperienced since more than half of my logs are from pugs without comms (this is a thing here, i know it’s tremendously silly). I played four (one as a sub) seasons on the same team as Legit and i didn't expect to learn so much from him, this makes me believe there are things that i can still learn (mainly communication and team coordenation, i would say.)
I prefer playing as a Flank Scout because i usually prefer keeping it to myself, and in my opinion a more vocally active player would be a better fit for a Combo Scout.

I played competitively from 2009 to 2010 on the second lowest division. I continued playing TF2 casually from 2011 to February 2018, when i came back to competitive and won the highest division two times, two 2nd places, one 3rd place and one 1st place on the second highest division in South America. (Please be mindful that the skill gap between NA and SA is considerable.) I also won three 1st places as a sub.
