Week 7 of ETF2L is kicking off with yet another playoff decider game, with Garda Panteri’s upset against GC.EU last week meaning that the top 4 is still within reach for them while FAINT will be looking to put some pressure on nerdRage before the angry geeks face off against top5rocket on Sunday.

Garda Panteri offered us the surprise of the season last Thursday, as buud and his buddies came out blazing against Global Clan, knowing that they needed all points in order to entertain the dream of playoffs. Global Clan found themselves unsettled and conceded early rounds on both Snakewater and Metalworks, and were unable to strike back against a Garda Panteri team that made no mistakes and pounced on all opportunities.

FAINT are coming off a bye week, but in their last game they comfortably dominated Ora Elektro, winning both maps with the mercy rule and not dropping a round either, and they’ll be looking to repeat the performance against another team hailing from the Qualifiers. mak’s mercenaries have their eyes set on the top of the table, and while first place is probably just too far out, a win here would easily help them cement their second place spot for good.
