Game crashes after joining servers

I'm able to play in one server for however long I want but when I join another one it crashes to my desktop with the out of address or memory space error. Everything is on the lowest settings plus dxlevel 90 and mat_phong 0 verifying the integrity of game files doesn't work either so I have no clue what to do.

For starters what is your TF2 environment (mods, hardware, OS, etc.)? Have you tried a clean install?

no mods and a 32 bit windows 10 pc which is most likely the issue from what I've heard and no I haven't
