I got bored and recreated delihud.
In similar fashion to the original, this iteration is built from m0rehud, but w/ numerous enhancements to keep it fresh & futureproof.

- reduced in-game chat box height
- removed unused fonts & definitions
- moved MvM canteen indicator down
- slightly increased item meter spacing
- reduced font size of matchmaking rank
- removed XP bar from casual criteria panel
- shortened server time left label on scoreboard
- moved target IDs behind match doors animation
- reduced width of minmode scoreboard server label
- adjusted HudArenaCapPointCountdown positioning
- moved BLU tournament spectator UI above win panel
- vertically centered health & buff crosses w/ health value
- adjusted Spectators & SpectatorQueue positioning on scoreboard
