Mechanics-wise, Tyson is absolutely ready for Advanced. Both Soldier and Scout have really good DM and assuming he continues to grind that will only improve. Probably more comfortable and confident on the Soldier and therefore is his stronger class. Good communication on his bombs and flanks as a roamer, which surprised and impressed me since he doesn't have too much experience under his belt (I believe he had three seasons of RGL prior to S7). Did not strike me as someone that new with his understanding of the game.

However, mentality and attitude is another story. Simply put: Tyson gets easily frustrated but also airs out his grievances in Mumble in a non-constructive manner. Whether we were up 4-0 or down 4-0 he'd complain if a push went poorly or etc. We found him difficult to work with in that regard. He's a good player, but not a good teammate. If he has worked on these issues, he could be a really strong asset to a team because again: he can keep up with some of the stronger players in Advanced. If not, then things could play out like they did this past season with a team deciding he isn't worth the hassle. Hopefully it's the former. Wishing you the best of luck, Tyson.
