When im rusty i usually play on tr_walkway for like 10 minutes, than i hop onto an mge server, after mge i play soap dm.

depends on what you wanna get better at. If you're aim/DM is rusty, then I would probably mge or pub, maybe tr_walkway practice as someone mentioned. once you're a bit warmer, then I'd start pugging against the best competition you can find.
