In 2024 I made an outdated P-REC version open source with the idea that someone rewrite it.

Now Valve released actual SDK for TF2 I updated P-REC to x64 and the latest SDK.
I released P-REC [2.1.0] with hope that the community can assist with signing of new build by TF2 developers.
P-REC [2.1.0] is built and released in GitHub cloud transparently. so maybe Valve will sign build again

But for now you can run TF2 with `-insecure` flag to test it
