can't view twitch streams

the connection to the site and certain streams is extremely slow, and sometimes it doesn't even load the stream
i tried different browsers and that doesn't work and i can view twitch easily on my other computers
according to the console, it says that im getting a bad gateway 504
any suggestions this has only been a problem for about two days

Same with me, talking to other canadians it seems to be the same problem. Bell is fucking with something. I'm in Markham Ontario, about 45min from Toronto.

It seems to be hit or miss for me on Frontier from home, and Time Warner when at College. Not sure what the problem is.
