I'm looking for a team as scout or demo, preferably scout.
My past experiencing is...
1 season ESEA open (demo, went 6-10)
3 seasons UGC steel (2 regular seasons, one off classing season)
I'd probably feel more comfortable on Demoman, once I get my previous skill back I had in ESEA-O, but have been mostly practicing Scout a lot more. My main priority is playing scout for a team, but am fine with demo.
Pros:
Can pay fees.
Can pay for one other person's fees.
Chill.
Decent Mic.
Dedication.
Cons:
Annoying Voice (people have said otherwise, but my opinion)
Inconsistent internet.
Can't play super late. (Can play from around 3 EST to 10:30 EST)

Anyways, he's a REALLY good player and person.
On Demoman, once he gets the rust off, he's capable of putting very high damage out. He can surprisingly handle Scouts well as Demo, but might over extend or over commit on a push but if reminded and all that, then his positioning is good. His rollouts are also very good (although he's a bit rusty on them as of now).
For Scout, his DM isn't the best, but it's good enough. His positioning on scout is great and he knows what he's doing.
He is constantly trying to get better and is super dedicated with good game sense and all that. He may get frustrated but it is definitely nothing major nowadays.
Overall, an amazing player and picking him up will guaranteed you a super fun and good player.

grc is a dedicated player and his best class would be demoman. As scout, his movement is fairly good and he knows how to position himself. His dm needs some work but he has the potential to improve. His comms are good. Good guy to pickup!

GRC is a great demo. He might seem a little rusty, but I'm sure a couple scrims will shake the rust off.
His scout is pretty good for someone just starting out and I'm sure he'll learn fast.
