It's dead. I played it for the short while when it was up. Developers and staff were shit. Most of them anyways.

one of the neat things about it this time around is that the internet has a streaming community and 07 runescape is not exempt from it ( http://twitch.tv/directory/RuneScape ). lots of cool and entertaining folks to watch, some hitting 2k-4k viewers regularly
