Bubba-Scout-LFT UGC Silver/ESEA Open Backup?

Hey
I am looking for a \ OPEN TEAM(low/mid open) team that I can play be a backup as scout for

Experience:
S11-UGC Steel-It's A Party-MEDIC
hundreds of PUGs
watched many higher level games

As for scout experience, I have done tons of #tf2mix's and PUGs as Scout. I'm a ok sniper, but it needs improvement.
IMO, I have fairly good DM, and I am more than happy to improve. If you want demos, I have multiple demos of me playing scout at the ready to provide.
I have Mumble, and TF2, working and ready to play!

Me:
For availability, most weekends work, and because I live near SF, I wont be free to play until 5PST/8EST at the earliest. I have sports and schoolwork that will ALWAYS come before TF2. This is why I would rather be a backup, because I would prefer to not be stressed about scrims and matches, as well as parents not wanting me to play tons during the week.
