Hey guys is there a recording program for pc that i can pre record ex. I can just have the program open and i get a nice frag or some nice shot but I didn't hit record before so then after I get that frag or shot i can just hit record and it records like 10-20 seconds back along with recording whatever happens after that. Thanks for any help. also not afraid to spend a little money.

Why not just install Prec?
You can go back and record entire matches, let alone the last 10 seconds.

Yeah it does, it's just a plugin that automatically records demos.
I'm not sure if the sort of software your looking for even exists, or if it's even possible/plausible.
You'd basically need the program open anyway, and it would have to pseudo-recording the entire time to even be able to go back and save the last 10 seconds, so the CPU usage would be almost identical, arguably even more.
