I was watching that video, and sin keep using this kind of cut bits of the video and put it back piece by piece. A good example of it is at 0.43 seconds. I was wondering how he did that. Thanks :D I'm new to editing, trying to lear :D

You have to use masks. You cut out a part of the video and animate it by hand. Check masking tutorials for your preferred software.
Btw for everyone else, the effect is also used at 0:53 in case your reflexes aren't good enough to pause at 0.043
