Flat Textures Problem

I'm not sure what the name of this texture pack is but it's one of those were every texture is one solid color. It seems like the creator used the red color of the circle on spawn doors that you can't enter for the whole texture. So as you get very close you can't even see into the spawn because the whole wall becomes opaque red.

Does anyone know a way to fix this one texture or know of a flat texture pack that doesn't have this problem? Thanks.

I believe under materials/overlays there should be a vtf called no_entry, this is the texture used in the func_respawnroomvisualizer entity. Delete it and it should use the default texture.

I had it at one point and it made the fence on snake water non transparent so I had to get rid of it. Just deleted the materials folder.
