Every single night my internet goes full retard at 10/10:30 pm (local time).
And i just don't get why. There's no phone or anything that starts to use internet at that time.
I'm just completely clueless about why this is happening.

can you define "full retard"?
What's wrong with it? Everything is slow?
You can check for traffic shaping with this tool, but in general there's not much you can do on your end either way.
