Map Downloading Problems

I tried to download cp_metalworks_rc4 and the file downloaded as an Internet Explorer file this has never happened, then every time I try and open it this pops up http://i.imgur.com/CM9xH8u.png?1

If anyone could help me that would be great :)

you don't open the map that way

you need to place it in your tf/maps folder (there will be lots of other .bsp files there) and then you can load the map in game

I know but when the file is finished downloading that error pops up.

That's probably because you set it to autorun after it finishes downloading.
