with it off, my mouse feels nice and fluid, and i can rj and strafe easily. with it on, I jump like shit. what gives? is this how my mice are supposed to feel? they feel limited somehow.

up your sensitivity until it feels similar to how it felt before you turned raw input on. it'll feel the same except way more consistent.
