My TF2 and CS:S sound isn't working!!

Yesterday I started my tf2, and noted that I didn't heard anything, I restarted my PC, still, no sound. Then I tried to open my CS:S sound isn't working neither, I reinstalled TF2, and the sound didn't came back. Do you guys have any solution ??

check the launch options of both to see if -nosound is in them and if it is then remove it
