go to your hud folder, into scripts, and replace your hudlayout.exe with this
I set it to be a normal crosshair but if you need it as a hud crosshair it'd be as simple as pasting it under the hud crosshairs section

I moved the crosshair in the file to the hudcrosshairs section for you, see if it works now

if not I may just be making dumb mistakes, I'm not used to editing crosshairs in huds

All you need to do is install the hud. The dot is enabled by default.
P.S. I used a more updated version of the hud, I hope you don't mind :)

The hud's completely the same, but the owner (skappa) fixed/updated broken things and whatnot. To open the .rar download a free extracting program like winrar or 7-zip
