Thought I should share this SC2 interview. I found this interview to be very inspiring. It made me want to go back into playing games in general. Even though it isn't about TF2, I think you might view competitive gaming, TF2's gameplay itself, and improving as a player in a different way after watching this. 10/10.

The interviewee is also great. They bring up some important points on developing skill as a competitive gamer. They talk about some pretty deep shit. It's like the philosophy of competitive gaming.

This was fun to listen to. The thing is, I feel like the interviewer talked too much at times, and some of his questions were poorly phrased. Granted, the topic he chose was complex, but it's always weird to hear the interviewer talk for 30-45 seconds straight.
