Most people making Iron teams from scratch have said they're looking for people with some comp experience, but if you are then word, if you are but still want to take a gamble on someone who's a team player then righteous.

note: I'm 20, and available after 8pm est most evenings, and not afraid of critique. I'm a pretty chill dude (not gonna get offended at criticism), and not interested in comp as an ego boost. However, I like to win and like TF2... so why not win at tf2?

Hey, I'm new in the sense that I've never done competitive before, but ive been playing casually since late 09 (1800 hours in game). I've done lobbies and know my way around most classes. My best are probably pyro, soldier, medic in no particular order. I've just never had the time for comp tf2 until now, but i've been interested for a while.
