Surfing on Offline server?

you can launch a map from a surf server so all the plugins load with it, but seeing as you don't have internet i have no idea

Well i do have internet, i just have 800 ping consistently.

if you connect to a surf server and type "map surf_***" into console you'll get everything except bunnyhopping. i'm also pretty sure you can switch maps without re-connecting to the server and the plugins will transfer

sv_airaccelerate (required to do the sharp turning on surf maps) is a hidden cvar which you can access in CSS but not TF2, which is why you need a plugin to change it.
