I feel like that is a thousand times worst then eXtines X thing.
Honestly click on heads. And stand in the right position. Sniper is one of the few, if not the only class where pubbing, lobbying, pugging, scrimming whatever makes you improve.
One thing I have heard is that Max plays on 32 man custom map servers to get used to having people everywhere in places he wouldn't expect.

It's not hard man, all you can do is play tons to get better aim, play a wide variety of maps to get better knowledge of where good spots to snipe are and other than that there's not much to do. Just practice practice practice and you will improve
