Craigslist is probably the most direct way to get decent money. Alternatively, forums like this one can be pretty good.

Depends what it is. If you're looking to sell a mechanical keyboard and decent graphics card you might as well post it here. If it's a stock keyboard and super outdated graphics card you're most likely not going to get any money off it anywhere.

Nope not really I still got the box and cd that came with it. The only thing is the little seal for one of the mini fans is missing. But I paid $50 for it so i am sell it around $40+shipping.
