kuzaThey used to pre-set 6 matches, now it's 8, so some team will get royally screwed for half a season, while some will have an easy road. I think they are just getting lazy now.

I thought they gave us 8 matches last season?

As long as ESEA gives out a fresh schedule every week instead of doing the 2 week block then it will probably be ok.

shrtYou won't be playing next week. Week 0 for odd numbered team conferences will be next week. TF2 conferences are all even this season. Maybe Invite will play, their schedule is structured entirely different from other divisions though.

A good way to get better is to play teams similar to yours but a little better. getting rolled by teams significantly better than yours is a way to get better too but it's also a really good way for teams to die.

They want to win. Still it can be pretty rough going into your matches knowing you'll probably lose most of them. Just gotta deal with it doggie. I feel pretty confident that my team has the ability to win most of the matches we have for the first 8 weeks. But I'm not gonna be upset/disappointed if we don't. Just take what you have and go with it. If you got paired up against teams that are better than you in the beginning take comfort in the fact that you'll get matched up with teams much worse later on down the road when they start pairing you up by record.

Well, I (pocket) play in some NA DM servers sometimes, our demo is in Canada, our roamer used to ring for a NA team sometime ago, ping is not a big deal for the scouts and the medic only needs to play safe and don't cook the uber for too long. I hope it doesn't get in our way 8)

So far the top of the division is stacking up pretty much how I expected it to. I didn't really see Jaguar's team coming, but they've definitely cemented their spot among the best teams IMO.

The matches so far have been a lot fun, and we're just getting to the exciting part of the regular season, when we find out which teams benefited from an easy schedule and which teams are gonna end up playing for the division.

<3 open. I might be the only one, but it's such a fun division to follow.
