So I've plugged in all the power/mobo/hard drives and all that, but when I plug it into the power and turn it on, all that happens is the fans spin for about 2 seconds and then stop.
No LED lights or anything else seems to be working.
The fans (including the case fan that's also spinning) is plugged into the mobo which is plugged into the PSU.

Does your mobo have a debug led?

Is this a new upgrade to haswell? I upgraded to haswell too and my PSU didn't work with it. So check if that's the case.
Try with 1 harddrive and without the graphics card.
