Try to get an actually working version of the hud up for download before you start a thread. Otherwise it's completely pointless and a waste of everyone's time.
No offense, but based on the two pictures you've supplied, the only thing you have done is remove the background of the scoreboard and the background from the buttons on the main menu. You should have the HUD completed (or the majority of it completed) before you post a thread.

Its the default scoreboard with the background removed, pretty easy to do
Also I don't see the point in making a hud and not making screenshots
