I'm thinking of buying a new computer, and asked some friends and one of them said they could sell me a computer for 300. Are these specs any good? How well will tf2/other games like csgo or dota run?

1 x Antec NSK 4482B Black 0.8mm cold rolled steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case 380W Power Supply
1 x AMD Athlon II X4 630 Propus 2.8GHz Socket AM3 95W Quad-Core Processor ADX630WFGIBOX
1 x GIGABYTE GA-770TA-UD3 AM3 AMD 770 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard
1 x XFX HD-567X-YNFC Radeon HD 5670 (Redwood) 512MB 128-bit DDR5 PCI Express 2.1 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity

Some stuff like ram is not included so how much would it cost for me to buy some?

Well 0.8mm is kinda thin but if it really is cold rolled steel you might be okay.

Well TF2 has these needed requirements:

PC System Requirements
Minimum: 1.7 GHz Processor, 512MB RAM, DirectX® 8.1 level Graphics Card (Requires support for SSE), Windows® 7 (32/64-bit)/Vista/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection
Recommended: Pentium 4 processor (3.0GHz, or better), 1GB RAM, DirectX® 9 level Graphics Card, Windows® 7 (32/64-bit)/Vista/XP, Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection

Dota 2 reqs:

PC System Requirements
Minimum:
OS: Windows 7
Processor: Dual core from Intel or AMD at 2.8 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8600/9600GT, ATI/AMD Radeon HD2600/3600
DirectX: Version 9.0c
Network: Broadband Internet connection
Hard Drive: 8 GB available space
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible

So technically, you would be able to run TF2 with the 2.8GHz cpu and 512MB gfx card. But it would not be anything fancy.

As for RAM you'd probably have to spend at least another $30 USD for 4GB.

Personally, I'd save up another $200/$300 USD to buy better and newer parts.

Save up for something better, TF2 runs rather "badly" on older processors like the Phenoms, even the quad core ones. $300 sounds a little steep for mid-range components that are a couple years old anyway. I've played games that are older than TF2 and literally run much better on a newer Core i5/i7 than they do on say a Core 2 Extreme QX6800. If only those parts listed were included for $300, I would run away from that deal.
